Mold Design
Based on product specifications and requirements, we design the optimal mold structure
and verify quality and productivity in advance through CAE analysis and 3D simulation.

Mold Fabrication
Leveraging high-precision machining equipment and skilled expertise,
we fabricate molds that establish a stable foundation for mass production.

Die Casting
Molten aluminum is injected into a die-casting mold under high pressure, where it solidifies into complex geometries.

Trimming
Additional materials around the designed part such as gates, overflows, etc are removed .

Shot Blasting
Through the shot blasting process, surface oxides and contaminants are removed to achieve a uniform and consistent surface quality.

Deburring & Inspection
Excess gate, overflow marks as well as residual burrs are precisely removed and inspected to comply with customer’s specification .

Machining
CNC and precision machining meet functional requirements,
completing the part as a high-precision automotive component.

Washing & Drying
Ultrasonic washing and drying processes remove contaminants,
ensuring product cleanliness and quality stability.

Air Leakage Inspection

Leakage test is performed 100% in-line precisely and accurately to verify and ensure the leak tightness of products .

Laser Marking
Unique identification information is laser-engraved onto each part,
enhancing traceability and quality management efficiency.

Final Inspection
Rigorous inspection prior to shipment ensure that only qualified products are delivered to customers .
