With decades of die-casting expertise and a wide range of equipment,
we have established a stable mass production system

01

Melting

Aluminum alloy is melted under optimal conditions to produce a homogeneous molten metal.

02

High-Pressure Die Casting

Precise components are formed through high-pressure injection.

03

Trimming

Gates and excess materials generated during die casting are removed, leaving minimal machining stock.

04

Shot Blasting

Residual contaminants and oxide layers on the surface are removed to improve the product's appearance quality.

05

Deburring & Inspection

For appearance quality, safety, and stable machining, sharp burrs on parting line, holes and corners are removed
